When we will help

• The file is damaged, will not open, or is not what was described.
• You were charged twice for the same item.
• You bought the wrong item by mistake and have not downloaded it yet.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase through our contact form with your order number. We will send a working file, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
